OUR AMENITIES

Located in the Duluth's original 1889 City Hall building in the heart of the Historic Arts and Theatre (HART) District is downtown Duluth’s newest boutique hotel, The Oliver Inn. We created each of our rooms with special care to preserve our historic building and its original character. Each room commemorates a local historic figure whose courage to live their dream shaped the city we all know and love today. As a bonus for our guests, the building also houses an on-site cocktail lounge, Fitness Center, and cedar sauna.

Make your way to Snively’s Lounge, a cozy, sunlit retreat offering fresh-squeezed cocktails, botanical infusions, and a rotating lineup of curated music in a relaxed, small-town atmosphere.

Then make your way down to the Rathskeller speakeasy—a subterranean prohibition-era lounge—for craft cocktails, a selection of wines and a craft beer by Duluth’s beloved Fitger's Brewhouse.

After a hard day out on the trail, sweat it out with a session in our complimentary Scandinavian sauna. The beautiful cedar-wood sauna fits up to 8 and is sure to melt away all your worries.
