We are located right in the heart of Historic Arts District. The Historic Arts and Theatre (HART) District is a walkable area with access to many shops, restaurants, and bars. If you want to venture further there is a public transportation stop across Superior St., local taxi companies, and Uber & Lyft available.
How to Arrive at The Oliver Inn
The historic Oliver Inn is located at 132 East Superior Street in Downtown Duluth in the heart of the Historic Arts District.
The hotel is located across the street from the Fond Duluth Casino and is less than a block from the NorShor Theatre, Zeitgeist Theatre, Duluth's Best Bread, and Duluth Coffee Company. Around the corner, a footbridge opens to a pavilion with breathtaking views of the Aerial Lift Bridge and is the gateway to the Canal Park Lakewalk and nearby Fitger's Brewhouse shopping complex.
Parking Options
The HART parking garage is available across Superior St. for $1 per hour or $12.00 per night or each time you exit, or there is metered parking on Superior St. available on a first come basis.
