Our largest and most luxurious room, once the City Council Chamber Room, this suite has an airy feel; windows cover 2 walls reaching up to the 14ft ceilings, pulling your eye towards the ornate chandeliers and a one-of-a-kind intricate skylight. Our Chamber Suite provides a multitude of features allowing for space to stretch out while spending time together, with two sofas, one folding out to a double bed, a plush leather chair, a six-person dining table, and multiple other seating areas, you are bound to find your cozy place. Be sure to fix yourself a tasty drink at the (unstocked) dry bar. The bedroom features a traditional King size four-poster bed in a modern styled private space creating a beautifully juxtaposed statement for your special getaway. The Chamber Suite is the epitome of laid-back luxury for the downtown traveler, designed for today’s modern guests but with traditional touches like the original vault-style safe and stunning fireplace. Whether you are renting for a special family getaway or as the bridal suite for your wedding day, a stay at The Oliver Inn’s Chamber Suite is sure to be unforgettable.

All private events at the Barrel Room feature food and beverages from Fitger’s Brewhouse, Minnesota’s oldest brewpub.
Minimum order of 20 servings per item. Pricing may be adjusted to accommodate larger group sizes.

The Grand Chambers Suite may be rented in two ways:
Overnight Use (4:00 PM – 11:00 AM)
The suite may be booked at standard hotel room rates, which fluctuate seasonally. Current rates can be viewed by visiting.
Mid-Day Private Event Rentals
Mid-day rentals are available by request and quoted separately. Please contact us directly for availability and pricing.
Optional In-Room Cash Bar
$250 setup fee
$25 per hour staffing fee
$200 beverage minimum
