Check-in and Check-out Policies

  • Late Check-Out Hour: 12:00 PM
  • Late Check-out Fees: $25.00
  • Late check out (after 11:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Terms & Conditions

Pets:
The Oliver Inn does not allow pets, except for service animals which are permitted by law. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted. There is no fee for bringing a service animal, though we do ask that you give us appropriate notice if bringing a service animal in case of any staff members with allergies. Service animals must never be left in the room or anywhere on property unattended. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by your service animal. If there are any animals found in a room unauthorized, there will be a $100 fee charged, and you will be required to remove your animal from the premises immediately.

Smoking Policy:
The Oliver Inn is a non-smoking hotel. Please step outside and at least 20 feet from the building and any doors or windows. If it is found that you have smoked in your hotel room or inside the property, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your stay, and you will be charged a $100 smoking fee.


Payments:
At 7 days prior to your stay, the full payment will be collected and all reservation information will be sent out to you at that time. The reservation will be non-cancellable and non-refundable at that time. Our hotels host a 2-night minimum on the weekends, which may be extended based on area events. If there are any questions regarding this please contact us.

Accessibility:
The Oliver Inn holds 13 rooms with Swedetown 1, Room 6, and Suite 7, being ADA certified. All other rooms have some ADA accessibility but are not fully ADA certified. Rooms 13 and 6 have a device on the doors for the hearing impaired.

Parking:
We recommend using the Historic Arts & Theatre (HART) Parking Ramp across the street for $12-16 per day or you can use metered street parking on the avenues. We do not own any of our own parking facilities at this time. We recommend using street parking throughout the day as you venture Duluth. The ramp will charge each time you park.

Use of Personal Information:
The Oliver Inn Inn does not sell your personal information. Contact information, such as phone number and email, may be used to contact guests about upcoming, current, or past stay information, along with events and promotional deals.

Lost & Found:
Please double check your entire room before checking out to ensure you have all of your belongings with you and nothing is left behind. The Oliver Inn will hold lost and found items for up to 30 days and after that they will be disposed of or donated if not claimed. Guests are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning items left behind. The Oliver Inn is not liable for any items lost or stolen during the stay.
